Michaela Harper
Michaela completed her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Toronto after obtaining her Bachelors of Science (Honours) in Kinesiology with a certificate in Disability and Physical Activity from Queen’s University. Michaela has experience working as a personal support worker with paediatric clients with disabilities such as autism and cerebral palsy, as a physical activity coach, and as an Inclusion Specialist in a recreation setting. She has worked in a variety of settings with a paediatric population and has completed OT placements at the Hospital for Sick Children, the YMCA Academy, and Paediatric Physiotherapy Associates. Michaela has a passion for enabling children to participate in meaningful activities and overcome barriers to achieve their goals! In her free time, Michaela enjoys spending time outside with family and friends and her dog, Shiloh. She also enjoys playing sports and listening to music (especially Taylor Swift)! Michaela is a member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. Alannah Sheridan
Alannah earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto, following the completion of a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. She brings a wealth of experience in treating patients with musculoskeletal conditions, as well as those with neurological and developmental challenges, in both in-patient and private practice settings.
Currently, Alannah serves as a physiotherapist in the Orthopaedic Department at The Hospital for Sick Children, where she also works as a Clinical Evaluator in research studies aimed at characterizing childhood neuromuscular diseases and exploring potential therapies for muscle disorders. Alannah is a member in good standing with the Ontario College of Physiotherapists. Alannah provides expert care at our clinic and offers home visits throughout East Toronto.
